The Palestinian Cener for Micro-Projects Development or PCMD was founded in 1995 in order to aid Palestinians most in need in Jerusalem as well as the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.  

Since its founding PCMD has contributed to restore, rehabilitate and develop dozens of Palestinian organizations, schools, clinics and community organizations.  The main purpose of PCMP is to enhance the capacity and improve the quality of services provided to Palestinians as well as to develop the small private enterprises.
